Hon. Larry Card reflects on his experience practicing law in Alaska

The Honorable Larry Card is a retired ajudicator and attorney. He moved to Alaska after being stationed at Elmendorf Air Force Base in 1978, where he served on the Judge Advocate General Corps before retiring from the air force in 1979. Card was the first Black attorney appointed as a superior court judge in the State of Alaska. He retired in 2017 as a senior superior court judge.
